Shipping
Watches are dispatched from China, usually 2–3 business days after the order is placed. We generally use China Post, with local delivery handled by a carrier in the destination country.
Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
Returns
Please request a return within 14 days of delivery under our full refund policy, and contact hello@frattoli.com before sending a return.
We usually ask for a short video and the reason for the return to help us understand the request.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage.
